Welcome to Fourmallet (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services.

By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
 

1. Business & Services

Fourmallet provides:

• Digital licenses to use selected photography for commercial purposes.

• Print-on-demand products and merchandise featuring our images.

We do not provide in‑person services or subscriptions.
 

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use this site and make purchases.

• To purchase digital image licenses, you must create and maintain a user account on our site. Your account allows you to access your order history and license information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
   

3. Intellectual Property & License Rights

All images and content on this site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Purchasing a digital image grants you non‑transferable usage rights to the image in any media for commercial or non‑commercial use.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our images.
   

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change at any time.

• An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, due to pricing errors or suspected fraud).

• Payments are processed securely by our third‑party payment providers.
   

5. Digital Licenses & Downloads

For digital licenses:

• You are responsible for downloading and safely storing any files provided.

• We are not responsible for loss of files after delivery, but you can contact us if you need help.
   

6. Print-on-Demand Products

Print products are produced and shipped by third‑party providers (such as print‑on‑demand partners).

• Colors and cropping may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier.
   

7. Refunds & Returns

Because our products include digital licenses and custom print‑on‑demand items, refunds and returns are limited.

• Digital licenses are non‑refundable once delivered.

• Print products may be replaced or refunded only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
   

8. User Accounts

If you create an account:

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
   

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our images in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory.

• Use our images in a way that suggests endorsement by Google or any third party, unless explicitly permitted.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the site or its services.
   

10. Third-Party Services

Our site may link to or integrate with third‑party services (such as Google Maps, print providers, or payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the site or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

• Your use of our images beyond the scope of the license.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
