Replacement Policy
Shipping Damage
We value your satisfaction and strive for fairness. If your order arrives broken, we provide a full replacement when notified within 7 days. To qualify, simply email us a photo of the damage and confirm the destruction of the item.
Collector Mug Protection
Our collector mugs include a 2-year loyalty program. If your mug breaks through normal use within 2 years, you can buy a replacement for only $20, even if the edition is retired. After owning it for 2 years, if the mug is NOT broken, you can access this special rate for 1 additional purchase of the same mug. This offer may only be used once every 2 years. This offer is subject to future adjustments reflecting inflation or shifts in production and shipping costs.
Shipping Area
Currently, Fourmallet only ships to addresses within the USA. We appreciate your interest and hope to expand our shipping capabilities to international customers as we grow our brand in the future.
